I am passionate about helping people Live & Love FREELY.  I believe that God has called us to live life abundantly and to do so, we need health and wholeness.  I desire to see people embrace who they are and truly live it out.

Being passionate about helping others I obtained certification as a Life Coach through Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, and Body Code Practitioner through Discover Healing.  I have experience with helping people release their emotional baggage from the past and move into the future freely.
